Without Water, No Life and No History

What will happen to Tjolöholm’s his­torical public gardens if their irrigation water dries up? In conjunction with the restoration of the kitchen garden, and with experience of the effects of extreme weather caused by cli­mate change, the need to become self-suffi­cient in water usage is in focus once again. What did the old pond systems look like, and how could they be updated in response to current and future needs?
